The Brady Law Firm, P.A., opened for practice on February 9, 2015. The office is conveniently located in the Tower Office Park, 240 N. James St., Suite 106, right off Delaware Route 141, providing easy access to I-95 and the New Castle County Courthouse. The firm will represent litigants in front of all of the Delaware Courts, as well as the District Court for the District of Delaware.

The Brady Law Firm is comprised of two attorneys: managing attorney William P. (Bill) Brady, and associate Nichole Whetham Warner. Brady brings with him 20 years’ experience in civil litigation, especially in the areas of landlord tenant and real estate matters. Bill has achieved the AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive for legal ability and ethics.

Nichole Whetham Warner comes in with 5 years’ experience in civil litigation with a large insurance defense firm. Warner’s large firm pedigree affords clients the opportunity to work with a polished attorney in a personal setting. Her insurance defense background provides her distinct insight when litigation involves insurance companies.

While the landlord/tenant practice is primarily comprised of landlord clients, the firm regularly represents tenants with good faith claims. The firm will also handle real estate and re-financing settlements, contract disputes, consumer claims, wills, Project Rightful Owner claims and employment matters.
